RM  – Electrical Projects Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for project-based business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, industrial, and commercial segments.
  • Engage with key project stakeholders including contractors, project dealers, EPC contractors, MEP contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to identify active and upcoming projects.

Requirements:

Education: B.E. / B. -Tech

Experience: 1 – 3 years in Project Sales

  • Energetic, confident, and target-driven.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive in field activities and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and ensure timely support.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with all customers to drive repeat business.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service quality.
