Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for project-based business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, industrial, and commercial segments.
- Engage with key project stakeholders including contractors, project dealers, EPC contractors, MEP contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify active and upcoming projects.
Requirements:
Education: B.E. / B. -Tech
Experience: 1 – 3 years in Project Sales
- Energetic, confident, and target-driven.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive in field activities and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and ensure timely support.
- Maintain long-term relationships with all customers to drive repeat business.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service quality.
