RM – Industrial Electrical Products

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and technically sound Relationship Manager – Industrial Sales to lead business development and manage industrial electrical product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to expand our presence in the industrial electrical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales for Industrial product-based requirements.
  • Provide technical insights and product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical clarifications, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across the assigned region.
  • Understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and ensure timely support.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with all customers to drive repeat business.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service quality.

  • Electrical Enclosures
  • Industrial Automation Equipment
  • Lighting Fixtures & Accessories
  • Motors & Gearboxes
  • Switchgears (MCB, MCCB, ACB)

Requirements:

Education: B.E. / B. -Tech

Experience: 1 – 3 years in Industrial Product Sales

  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and structured sales reporting.

Prior leadership or team-handling experience preferred.
