ABM / BM – Electrical Projects Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project sales operations in the assigned region
  • Develop key accounts with EPCs, builders, and large contractors
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic project acquisition
  • Guide and support junior sales team members
  • Lead techno-commercial negotiations and closures
  • Ensure timely execution, billing, and collections

Requirements:

Education: B.E. / B. Tech

Experience: 2– 5 years in Project Sales

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to close large-value projects
  • Sound commercial and contractual understanding
  • Strategic thinking and planning ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
