Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project sales operations in the assigned region
- Develop key accounts with EPCs, builders, and large contractors
- Drive revenue growth through strategic project acquisition
- Guide and support junior sales team members
- Lead techno-commercial negotiations and closures
- Ensure timely execution, billing, and collections
Requirements:
Education: B.E. / B. Tech
Experience: 2– 5 years in Project Sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to close large-value projects
- Sound commercial and contractual understanding
- Strategic thinking and planning ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
